Returns

You may return products sold by Budget Company Limited no more than 7 days of receipt of your order (based on the delivery record), and upon pre-approval of Budget Company Limited.

Non-returnable items

We're sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:

  1. Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
  2. Any product that has been opened or used or worn (taken out of its plastic wrap or box or lost of price tag).
  3. Any products that returned with unpleasant smell including fragrance.
  4. Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts including packing box and dust cover bag.
  5. Any products that have been adjusted (rolled-up sleeves, etc) or cleaned or washed by customer.
  6. Any discount, clearance or sales product that Budget Company Limited has already stated non-returnable.
  7. Any underwear including camisole, leggings, socks, tank tops and stockings.
  8. Any products in which the price is below HK$500.
  9. In the event of dispute, Budget Company Limited decision shall be final and conclusive.

 

DELIVERY

We do not provide delivery services on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. For local order, it will be delivered within 3 working days after the receipt of order confirmation. For overseas order, it will be taken as long as 7 days depends on the region and country. The delivery may be delayed due to a force majeure.

DELIVERY AREA

Hong Kong, Macau, China and Taiwan. Delivery to post-office boxes in not accepted. Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient. When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and re-stocking fee. Handling fee and re-stocking fee will be subject to the most updated rate decided by Double Standard Clothing. We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged the actual resend shipping fee per parcel.
